Top 4 Ways to Delay Skin Aging...

Delay the process of skin aging...

Since time immemorial, the pursuit for the fountain of youth has been in the mind of man. While there is not one single solution to bring back one’s youthfulness, there is a plethora of anti-aging products in the market today that can leave you overwhelmed and sometimes, unimpressed. With so many brands promising you immediate and sometimes impossible results, you should know better than to trust them right away. You have to do your own research and experiment on the effectiveness of certain brands for your skin type yourself.

Most of us become wiser with age, and this should already be a cause for celebration. However, if you are one of the many people who are not yet ready to part with your youthfulness, you can still delay the aging process by taking action with these 4 ways to delay the skin aging process...
1) Moisturize, moisturize and moisturize- The skin of a baby is unbelievably smooth and soft. How we wish we could have the same skin even in our 40s! Unfortunately we can’t, because skin loses elasticity as we age, and it easily dries out. That is why we should make it a habit to liberally apply or slather moisturizer or lotions on our skin, and you should not forget to do the same for your face. If some chemical components cause redness or irritation, you can opt for hypoallergenic brands or go natural with olive oil. You may not notice it yet in your 20s, but you will definitely thank yourself for getting into the habit 30 years down the road.
Moisturize your skin to remain youthful and look young!

2) Engage in physical activities- Studies show that working up a faster heart rate on a regular basis can help you feel energized and alert for the rest of the day. Working out your muscles can increase your endurance and stamina for you to accomplish more, and at the end of the day, you will find that you have not experienced moments of lethargy or laziness. You will feel as light and as productive as your peak years.

3) Consume a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables- Have you experienced some kind of heaviness or lethargy after eating a huge meal of meat or pasta with heavy sauces? It is the sodium and cholesterol that is invading your body and if you eat these kinds of food often, you will most likely gain weight, acne might break out and in time you will acquire all sorts of ailments such as diabetes or hypertension. Surely you will not feel youthful in that condition. Fruits and vegetables contain all the vitamins and minerals you need for cell regeneration, fighting free radicals, proper functioning of internal systems, and provides you with the lift you need each day. Going natural can be the best thing you can ever do for your body, as it promotes longevity, vitality and youthfulness as well.

4) Increase water intake- Our bodies are composed largely of water, and if you do not consume an adequate amount of water each day, your whole body can be affected. Your skin will look Gray and dull, your internal organs will not function as they should, you will not be flushing out the toxins in your body as expected, and this can lead to looking wrinkly and old,  fatal ailments, and even death. They say that water is the cheapest medicine yet, and we have to take advantage of it while there is still an adequate drinking supply in the world. It is a commodity that is scarce in other areas of the world, and we should be thankful that water is still in abundant supply.
