My Experience with Nivea Fruity Shine Strawberry Spf 10 Lip Balm :

Made in Germany, these super-cute looking lip balms come in a number of shades including Cherry, Watermelon, Peach, Pink Guava, Pomegranate and Strawberry. This variant, like all others in the range, smells fabulously delicious and the extremely fruity fragrance makes my mouth water most of the times :P

These lip moisturizers are very affordable, and the Strawberry flavour provides a light hint of reddish color to my lips. The color fades in like 1.5 hours but the moisture lasts for about 2.5 hours on my lips. Frequent reapplication is needed but I don't mind.

The moisture is buildable and the lip balm is very travel friendly and the packaging does not look cheap or anything. School and college going girls would find this lip moisturiser most suitable because they do not provide much coverage to the lips, yet make the lips look hot!

I am currently obsessed with this particular chapstick and I carry it everywhere with me now :) I had previously tried this one a years back and then lost it. But I am happy to have found my love again! This lip balm is fabulous for those with normal to slightly dry lips.

The tint would suit almost all skin tones and the application is quite even. Like most lip balms, this one also bleeds a little but not too much. But, if you are expecting coverage, healing and other things that medicinal lip balms can do then better go for richer lip butters. This one is just for everyday use for those with not too dry lips.

Overall, this lip balm is a winner for me and I would definitely try the other shades and let you know. I wish they improve the staying power a bit. I am also using the pomegranate version parallely with this one and that is another amazing lip balm from Nivea. Would let you know more about that one in my next review.

Rating : 4.5/5
