My Experience with Jovees Anti-Acne Face Pack :
This comes in a gorgeous box and that is all I saw while buying this. The box mentions all the details nicely but only the active ingredients are mentioned. I wish the full ingredients list was provided. It claims to clear acne and pimples.
The tube also looks very promising and attractive and the grass green colour on the packaging is just amazing! This facial pack contains tea tree and clove, which as we all know are very good for the skin. The tube has a flip-open packaging and the nozzle is not that big. Therefore, you can control the flow of product as per your requirement.
The face-pack has a sort of artificial fragrance but I can definitely smell a lot of clove and multani mitti (Fuller's earth). The face pack is almost whitish in colour with a hint of brown color. The face pack has a very smooth consistency and spreads evenly and smoothly onto the face. But the tube is a bit big in size and also, the cap is not that tight. So, the product is not that travel friendly.

So, I have been using this for past few weeks and honestly, it does nothing to my acne or pimples. My skin is very sensitive, acne prone, oily and I get occasional bumps. This does not control that. It controls oil secretion on my oily skin for about 2 hours and then everything becomes the same again. While applying this face, I feel a tingling sensation on my skin, because of the clove.
This brightens up my face and tightens my pores and also adds a soft glow to my skin, which I love. But the price of this face pack is quite high and frankly, it works just as a cheap Multani Mitti pack would. Nothing that hi-fi about this face pack. It's a very average product that does not do miracles. It also does not live upto its claims of clearing up my acne and pimples. This claims to be an ayurvedic treatment for acne. But, my pimple problems are still very much there. But this did not break me out or add to my existing skin problems. So, that's something I am very glad about. Also, this product has not been tested on animals.

So, given a choice between this and pure Multani Mitti (Fuller's earth), I would definitely choose the latter. They both work the same and fuller's earth is dirt cheap too and is widely available. The temporary glow that this face pack for acne gives me is just okay but I was expecting a lot more from this. This is not even close to the standards of best acne products. I would recommend you to not buy this. Just buy some other face pack that work. Personally, I would go for Aroma Magic products.
