Maybelline Baby Lips Rose Addict Review - For Soft Lips?

Maybelline Baby Lips Rose Addict Review

I have tried a lot of variants of Maybelline baby lips and all of them fared exceedingly well for me. Maybelline baby lips actually heal the lips and they definitely do provide long moisturization. Today, I would review this lip balm from Maybelline New York. This is the Baby lips loves color lip balm in Rose addict. Let's see how this worked for me lips during winters...

Product Description- Enriched with SPF 16 and designed to provide 8 hour hydration, this lip balm protects and moisturizes your lips, all day. Noticed renewed lips within 4 weeks of use! No more basic lip balm. Visibly renewed lips and 8-hr hydration. Protects and moisturizes lips for a full 6 hours. The secret: Exclusive lip renew formula with SPF 16. After 4 weeks, lips are visibly renewed and reborn. Maybelline Baby Lips, Rose addict Lip Balm lasts for up to 6 hours, and has jojoba oil, Vitamin E, SPF 16 and gives a translucent color with a shiny finish.

My Experience with Maybelline Baby Lips in Rose Addict-

The Maybelline Baby Lips comes in a rose colored twist-up tube packaging with "Baby Lips" written in the most adorable font possible! It is very travel-friendly and the tube is sleek enough to slip into your purse easily. This one has micro-shimmer particles that actually add a lovely sheen to the lips. No, don't worry, they won't make your lips look like a disco-ball :P The color is translucent, so don't expect it to provide heavy coverage. This imparts a lovely rosy tint to the lips which looks elegant. Rose Addict smells strawberry-licious and the fragrance is yummy enough to activate my taste buds!

Now, coming to the moisturisation part. Frankly, this does not provide full 6 hour moisture to your dry lips as promised but the moisture stays for good 2-3 hours and the effect lasts the whole day! The color fades in a hour. This did not break me out around the region of my lips. Besides providing color and moisture, this actually heals the lips. It does. Within a week, my lips actually feel nourished and appear smoother. i am a complete baby lips fan. I have been using these for more than a year now and my lips feel soooo good...The appear pinker and most importantly, healthier.

PROS-

1) Packaging is very attractive
2) Travel friendly
3) Affordable
4) Provides moisture to the lips for 2-3 hours and effect lasts the whole day

6) Heals the lips

8) Makes the lips pinker and healthier with continued usage

1) 6 hour moisture claim is, perhaps, not true

Final Verdict- I would definitely recommend this to all of you. If you are a boy and want to try out the non-tinted version of this miracle, then check out Maybelline Baby Lips Antioxidant Berry or Maybelline Baby Lips Mango Pie or Maybelline Baby Lips Watermelon Smooth! All three of them have that delicious fragrance and work efficiently to make your lips better. If you want color, then check out Pink Lolita, Cherry Kiss, Berry Blast and other versions too!
